Athena High School is one of the most popular places to play pickleball in Rochester, NY. There are 8 outdoor concrete courts. The lines are overlaid on a tennis court, so the net is a little taller than a normal pickleball net. The courts are free. Carabiners have been installed on the center net anchors to facilitate switching the net height between tennis and pickelball. Rotating the carabiner 90 degrees pulls the center of the net down 3 inches, which sets the net to the proper height for pickelball.
